What we collect
Your email address when you join the waitlist. When you set up Clara for a loved one, we collect what you share with us: their name, phone number, call schedule, interests, family names, and medication reminders. We collect only what the service needs to work.
Calls are not recorded
Clara's conversations are never recorded or stored as audio. After each call, Clara produces a short written note for you (for example: mood, reminders completed, anything worth checking on). That note is the only record of the call.
What your family sees
The account holder, usually the adult child who set up Clara, receives the call notes and alerts. We don't share them with anyone else.
We never sell data
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We use trusted service providers (such as telephony and email delivery) only to operate Clara, under contracts that limit what they can do with the data.
Security
Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to what's needed to support your account.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@innerlabs.co. We'll confirm when it's done.
