What Clara is
Clara is a companionship service: scheduled AI phone calls with friendly conversation, gentle reminders, and written notes to the family member who set up the account. Clara is operated by Innerlabs, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
What Clara is not
Clara is not a medical device, a healthcare provider, or an emergency service. Call notes and alerts are informational and are not medical advice or monitoring. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. We'll email you when we're ready to onboard your family, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Subscription and cancellation
Clara is a monthly subscription: $49/month at the standard rate, or $29/month for founding families who join through the waitlist, a rate that stays locked in for as long as the subscription remains active. No contracts. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Consent
By setting up Clara for a loved one, you confirm they know about and welcome the calls. Clara is always transparent about being an AI companion.
Fair use
Don't use Clara to harass, deceive, or harm anyone, or to contact people who haven't agreed to receive calls. We may suspend accounts that do.
